Reviews and Ratings
My stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events. While the view from the suite was breathtaking and the pool area was absolutely stunning, my room had some major issues such as an unbearable smell and cleanliness problems. The experience with the staff was frustrating, especially when it came to an incident involving a broken table. Overall, the resort had potential, but it fell short in several crucial areas.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this resort! The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool and our spacious terrace. The service was accommodating, and while the walk from town was a bit steep, it was well worth it for the stunning location. Unfortunately, there were some housekeeping issues and a few amenities that could use updating, which was a letdown during an otherwise wonderful trip.
Our stay was overall wonderful, with breathtaking views and great amenities. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The infinity pool was simply amazing, providing the perfect spot to relax. On the downside, the limited accessibility features and early pool closure at 8 pm were somewhat disappointing.
The hotel offers a stunning view that makes the climb up the hill worthwhile. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the service unfortunately left much to be desired. While the pool area is fantastic, my experience was marred by maintenance issues and poor customer service. Overall, the view is the highlight, but the value for money could be better given the inconveniences we faced during our stay.
The hotel has some lovely features like spacious, clean rooms and an amazing pool that often felt exclusive. However, there are significant downsides like terrible Wi-Fi, steep access to the property, and safety concerns regarding room access which made the experience less enjoyable.
